6. Benghazi Scandal

Benghazi was a black spot in United States diplomacy, and one in which many believed that Hillary Clinton failed the embassy. In 2012, the Embassy in Benghazi was attacked leading to the deaths of four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens. Sources say Clinton knew of the threat to the Embassy but did nothing, and there have been numerous inquiries into the matter to find out who was responsible.
