One of the most interesting stories is that of Mel Blanc voice of Bugs Bunny and numerous other cartoon characters. He was in a car crash and was unable to respond when his doctor tried an interesting strategy to get him to stir. He asked “Bugs can you hear me?” and in his iconic Bugs Bunny voice he responded with “What’s up Doc?”. From then on the doctor was able to communicate with him in his cartoon voices until he awoke from the coma.
