In one perfectly geeky and slightly hipster move, Tom Hanks is an avid collector of vintage manual typewriters. There’s really nothing that quite compares to the satisfying click-clack of a typewriter and being able to erase was pretty darn cool too. Then the rrrrrip as the paper was pulled free … yeah, it’s so cool that Tom Hanks even created a typewriter app to try and recreate the feeling of using a typewriter on your phone.
